I have a 98 Ford Ranger XLT 4x4. Recently it wont start up all the time. This morning At 5am I went to start it to go to work and it would not start. It turned over and over but no FIRE? I got home after work and it started right up. This happened 2 times now One week apart. Does any one have any idea what might be going on?? The local mechanic does not! Tested the fuel pump and the hole system, and that is good. why WOULD it work in the afternoon but not the morning?

Actually, the article was about speeding up decay time. If you supercool a radioactive element, apparently the decay time falls exponentially. The german guy said it also worked for the reverse process, fusion (the particles would fuse easier when supercooled). Does this have any implications for fusion research, bla bla bla?

My sister in law called child protection on me for no reason!!! we had an argument over something completely unrelated and this b i t c h called child protection annimously knowing there was no reason to...even the man who came to see the house unexpectedly one tuesday morning who made me later for work as he went thru my cupboards and fridge to make sure there was food...who made me show him that my kids had plenty of clothes and a place to sleep...who examined toys and mademe show him all the kids soaps shampoos and lotions then apologized for wasting my time on what was obviously a waste of everyones time said there was no reason for him to be there...i swear to god i am gonna do something so horrible to her ...any suggestions???? she has 3 kids (14-12 and 10) and a boyfriend...i want her to lose all of them

If God was the author of the bible, like many seem to think he is, why is it filled with such disgusting, offensive and brutal imagery?How to sacrifice animals and how to sprinkle blood , talk of beating slaves, raping virgins, killing babies and children 'ripping them to peices" --is that God talking? yuck. really shocking and vile stuff.
Why does so much of it make absolutely no sense at all and why does so much of it not relate to today's world at all if it is meant to be a God himself written life manual for the ages?

All powerful God creator of all the millions of galaxies sounds surprisingly like a primitive Middle Eastern man......coincidence?

Sorry if it is rude of me to post what I find on Y!A, but I am deeply concerned and troubled by some of the responses that I read.

"Science is just a bunch of facts some guy managed to prove in a long shot"

If this is what teaching science gets us, then should we even bother? And don't tell me that this is just some kid; if the kid has this attitude, is it possible that they learned it from someone/somewhere else?

In my state (Florida, which ranks in the bottom five states in the country for quality of education - yeah, FCAT!) there is a recurring move to do away with the subject of history?

Why? Because the state has realized that investing the time, money, and energy to teach this subject produces almost nothing.

I am ready to give up and just hand over the reins.
We're headed right back into the Dark Ages.

I have been dating this guy for about ten months now, when we first met we used to spend a lot of time together. Now we only see each other once a week if that. When we do see each other he tells me and he shows more affection than he used to could he be feeling guilty about something. I have been in a bad relationship for a long time. For about six months we have been in a so called "open" relationship, however neither of us were being open. We were supposed to have the option that if we did want someone else we could just talk about it and it would be okay and we could go our own ways. Yesterday I was asked out on a date by a guy. Today as agreed I told him about it and now he has flipped out. He wants to talk more about it (so far he has only screamed at me) and I am worried that when we talk tonight things could hit the wall, with me included. I wanted to meet in a public area for this reason but he refuses. He wants a one on one conversation which I can understand but we have a unstable history. I just need some advice as to handle this. More info that's needed is that we have been off and on for five yrs. It will take me months to find all his stuff and vise versa. If I could not give/get things back it would be great but that's also not an option.
