How do you know who called protective services?

I would be mad, too, but I would also be very proud of myself because the visitor found NOTHING wrong! Pat yourself on the back- you have provided well for your children.

Best wishes!!

from a grandma-aged person

I don't think they should have the right to search people's homes and take action based on anonymous calls like that. This has just gone too far. Your anger should also be directed at the system, which allows an ignorant b**** to do something like this.

If I were you, I'd find another place to live and not leave my forwarding address, and make sure this sister in law does not know where I am.

With "friends" like that, who needs enemies? But it won't do any good to try to retaliate. Just get her away from you.

If she's doing this to you, She's obviously not mentally or physically fit to be a mother. NO normal mother would EVER do something like this for no reason because she should know how great a mother's love for her kids is, and she knows how she would feel if it happened to her. She doesn't love her kids. Or maybe she does, I don't know.
Give us some more details! Is she a good mother from what you know?
If so, report her immediately. It's not only revenge, but it's the right thing to do.

You sister in law did you a huge favor...it is now public record that you are a proper parent...it's never a waste of taxpayers time or money to check out these calls even if they are fakes...better safe than sorry...

The best revenge is living well...dont wish bad things on folks ...it comes back to haunt you

That's pretty ridiculous, and heartless that you want her to lose EVERYTHING that's important in her life.

It sounds like both of you need to grow up and be adults. What kind of horrible example are you setting for your children?

Get over it. Your children didn't get taken away. God forbid you're late for work ONE morning.

Whoa! She then is the immature one in this whole situation! Be the ADULT in this. Show her you are better by ignoring the whole thing. If you do something to her or her innocent kids, that means you could get into trouble and that you have sunk to her level.

I would just ignore her!

Sounds like you both are too immature to have kids.
I'd drop it. Be an adult rather than a vendictive child throwing a tantrum.

Why don't you try being the better person than her?

When you say SIL, is she on your side of the family or DH's? If she's your relative, talk to your brother. If she's DH's relative, have him talk to her or her hubby.

DON'T go trying to "get revenge" as it will only make you look childish.
