OK I JUST STARTED VISITING MY 13 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER WELL MY HUSBAND'S DAUGHTER OR B/F WE ALSO HAVE 2 KIDS TOGETHER..HE HAS NOT SEEN HER IN 5 YEARS LONG STORY SHORT WE ALL MOVED IN DIFFERNT PLACES AND WHEN SHE FOUND OUT SHE WAS HAVING A BABY SHE DID NOT TELL HIM TILL SHE WAS 4 YEARS OLD NOW WE VISIT WITH HER,BUT JUST ABOUT HAVE TO BEG AND SHE CRYS EVERYTIME IT IS TIME TO GO HOME.WE LOVE HER JUST AS WELL AS OUR OTHER KIDS AND WE GOT ALL THE THINGS FOR HER TO GET STARTED FOR SCHOOL PLUS SOME FOR HER OTHER KIDS ALSO JUST TO BE NICE CAUSE THAT'S THE PERSON I AM...I NEED SOME ADVICE FROM SOMEONE WHO MAY HAVE BEEN THROUGH THIS..... I REALLY like this guy and I have for almost 4 yrs now! He is two years older than me though. I have tried a million times to crush on other guys that I would have a chance with but I cant even think striaght when he talks to me. I have noticed during this heatwave that my ac in my car has declined a great deal. It's been 90+ here lately. 1999 Pontiac Grand Am GT. I just replaced the ac condensor and the dealership charged my ac freon. this was a little over 2 years ago.

I've been in a 'friends with benefits' relationship with a man for almost 10 months now. We've hooked up a total of 5 times and each time the play has been much more fun, if you know what I mean. The relationship is exclusive on my end; meaning he is free to leave and fool around elsewhere... knowing full and well that as soon as that happens, I'm out of the picture. Recently, we've been talking more and more often and treating each other as if we were almost in a real relationship. No serious conversation has been had and he's rather non-confrontational. My questions are as follows: would a sucessful relationship really every work out? Should I confront him about the situation? Or should I just let things play out? How would you handle this?

I am Using Crystal Report Server Xi and Crystal Report. Now i am working in a Company where i have to do web Reporting task only using Crystal Report Server.No programming in this. When i join i think i have to work crystal Report with some programming like Vb or Asp.net. But here they did not want like that. Just i have to design the Report in Crystal Report and Publsih it in web with Crystal Report Server. Previously i have 1 year exp as a VB - 6 Programmer. Is this work will help my future Carrer.
