Sometimes when I try to open certain files I get a small box displayed with just the word 'not signed', what is this, how do I correct it so I can download those files ?

I am going to the ob/gyn tonight. My husband and I are trying to concieve. We have been trying since are wedding night(1 yr. ago).
I am not on bc. I wanted to know what they will do. I am going for my annual but with a new dr. They did not tell me what is going to happen. Please tell me in detail, what happens at an ob/gyn appt. Please give me a website, if you know one, that tells what happens at this appt. Thank You!

Hey, i dont know if ani other girlz get this but everytime i have sex with my boyfriend i feel incredibly guilty after words and worry. My boyfriend lives in a different country and comes over every few months, ive only had sex with him 2ce. 2nd time was last night in his hotel room.
