Never change 100% of the water at one time. Only change 25-30% of the water at any time. You need to keep the "good" bacteria that grow in all tanks.
There are medications for "cloudy eye" and if you catch it in tilme, it might see again. If not, fish live for years with only one eye. It changes their behavior a little, but overall they will still function fine.
I had a one-eyed silver dollar named "One Eyed Willie" that lived for almost 5 years. He had no problems. It made him easier to net though, I snuck up on his bad side and he never saw it coming.

Check the levels in your aquarium. By levels I mean ammonia, nitrate, and nitrite. If you do not have test kits take some water from the tank to the local petstore. Most will test it for free.
My guess is that you have very high ammonia levels in the tank.
Water changes are the key. Start with a 30% water change and let it settle in for a day and retest the water and then continue daily until you get your water conditions under control.
Also check for other problems. Sometimes cloudy eyes can be a secondary problem resulting from another infection. Some of those could be velvet, ich, or tuberculosis. If that is the case treat with a over the counter medication avaliable at most petstores.

That is a fungus that is growing over its eye.
This is almost always caused by bad water - 99% of the time it means that the ph in the tank is too low.
first thing you have to do is change the water in your tank. If you do not, it will just keep coming back.
You then have to get medicine. All pet stores that sell fish suppplies will sell medicine for this, it is a fairly common problem.
Make sure you treet it, while it will heal completely if treated in a timely manner, lack of treatment will result in that eye becomming blind.

Hi, your fish might of banged its eye on something in your fish tank, it could mean hes gone blind. Also if its an old fish it cpuld be due to old age. I would recommend going to have a word where you get your fish supplies and fish from, as it could be a diease and it could harm all your fish

It could be Vit A deficiency, but I'd expect that to be in both eyes; it could be damage; or it could be white spot.
I'd go for advice from a pet shop that specialises in aquariums, they're usually very knowledgeable about fish.

As far as I know, cloudy eyes mean blindness. Try to see if he swims straight or not.

Your fish can have a cataract if it's an older fish. If it 's a younger fish, it could be an infection. See your vet.
