Blaming others may help you deal with alleged injustice, but it won't help resolve it.

There are many ways to serve your country outside of working for the Federal Government. What are your values? What do you want to accomplish? There's work to be done all around you. Get busy.

This depends on what you were accused of doing, what the investigation found, and also what branch of the government you were serving with. If you were a postal carrier, you have a much different course than if you were in the military. Give us a little more info, like if it was the Army, was it a dishonorable discharge? Were you ever convicted of a felony? The "cause I'm black" defense doesn't work on its own, you need some verifiable proof.

You do not need to work for the government to serve your country. Everything the government does has an equivalent or parallel in the private sector. If you want to serve the military you could work for a private contractor, if you want to serve in a law enforcement agency you could work for a private investigative firm. If the government won't have you then s^^^^ them and go into private industry. In the long run you will be able to make more money anyhow.

Boy, I was willing to help you until you played the race card. Come up with ANYTHING better than that (or have some proof of it) and people might be more helpful. You could always join the army.

Find a different avenue in federal service with less predjudice, and put aside your own bad experience, there are going to be people that are going to be predjudice, and you are going to meet them no matter where you go.Try to ignore their ignorance, but fight for your rights.
