It depends on what kind of company. By law if it is a restaraunt and you are getting tips 1.50 an hour is normal in some areas. I live in Kansas and most restaraunts around here pay like 2.15 to 2.50 an hour. YOu call the Better Business Bureau to report people.

THAT'S A SHAME: And to think you could have stayed in your own country and got paid that. Serves you right. I hope NO company offers you more than 1.50 an hour maybe you'll go home where you belong. Next time you come try doing it Legally the pays ALOT better.

If you are doing a job that is an exception to minimum wage laws (most commission jobs) then you probably are not going to be able to do anything about it.
Contact your local department of labor and report them. Then contact a lawyer that deals with labor laws and ask if you have the right to sue for unpaid wages.

That is a tough call. To try to report a company, without hurting the people working for them, just trying to survive.
My advice is to report them. They are hurting the workers more than turning them in could ever do.

if you report the employers they will have the workforce investigated and deported. the migrants will get a free ride home and the employers will get fined at most 6 months jail time. weigh the pros and cons. but cheap illegal labour is costing legal workers jobs and money and it hits the local economy big time

Must be illegal ( assume you mean in UK) Is it some sort of out work at home as those types seem to always pay peanuts. Get onto your local job centre who can provide more info of right/wrong & where to send your complaint

if you are really serious call IRS talk to any special agent and ask them to investigate, this company probably pockets the money and show regular wages being paid out. They may ask you to participate in a sting ops
