Has anyone had the displeasure of sitting thru one of the WORST movies every released? - MIAMI VICE, 2006 version?

My wife and I did. We use to watch the tv show every week. And our son has seen the dvd's of the tv shows. What we saw at the theater today was a TERRIBLE MOVIE. Many people walked out 1/2 way thru the movie. Save your money - this movie has nothing to do with Miami, the camera is too close up in every scene, and the story STINKS!

Are Republicans agaist this only because Democrats are for it?
I really don't understand how anyone would want to hold people down so low.. And don't give me your b.s. about how we'll lose jobs if it's raised. Studies show just the opposite of that. I also don't want to hear about how inflation will skyrocket cause thats bull as well.. What the hell is wrong with these "moral" people??

Some scientists have suggested that rather than this being the only universe in existence, that there are virtually an infinite number, all identical, living the exact same lives (not some silly probability theory version where they are a little bit different). They can occupy the same space as this one as all matter is essentially made of energy. In a thousand years time, we would surely have the technology find them, so therefore if that universe started a thousand years before this one, then they could arrive here at any time. It would make sense since that would allow them to benefit by giving us technology to further develop so they would benefit in that future life, and we would also benefit. the benefits would far outweigh any negatives. Its a win win situation so wouldnt that be the most logical final step in evolution?
