are you adopted? do you know their age, what year they would have graduated from h.s. ?? is person still alive?
do you know what high school he or she may have attended? & the town, call the school find out who sponsors their reunions, chances are the hs will mail you school pic of them form the annual. thats what i did. im adopted. i found my biological mom on my own, with a computer.and the internet. was he or she in military. sometimes the v.a. will & can upon request, release records. sometimes the adoption court will release the adoption papers after 50 years ...thats what i did! it worked too!
