just be honest and tell her the truth. If her parents find out and get mad, tell then that she may have just been too embarassed to come to them and asked you instead. They will understand, sometimes personal questions are better answered coming from someone other than her friends.

tell her the truth and tell her that it's best for her to wait until she gets married because that it what god wants and that is wants best. don't leave anything out make sure you include ALL things about babies, and STD's, HIV and AIDS, make sure she knows the truth as long as your honest and tell her the truth she can know what to expect and the consequences for her actions. ( and make sure you get videos/DVDs on the pregnancy and childbirth so she can see every moment of it and on the STD, HIV ,and AIDS). and remember to tell her just because a boy says that she is pretty or that he loves doesn't mean ANYTHING tell her to hold on the her innocence, use her common sense she is worth way more. and that blessing come with patience.

It depends on how old she is. If she is adamant about it, try counseling her a bit to change her mind if too young. If she is of age, over 18, make sure it's the right choice and that protection is mandatory otherwise disease or pregnancy will occur.

Feel honored that she trust you.
Tell her about the facts of life.
Tell her that her virginity is precious and should be preserved until her wedding night.
She won't tell her parents that is why she is asking you. Even if she does they can't fault you for what I am suggesting that you tell her.

Find out what she knows and try to set her straight or fill in the blanks. As far as loosing her virginity - be non-committal as to wether she shoudl or should not unless she wants your opinion.

tell her that it's something best discussed with her parents, and if she is not comfortable talking to them about it, to look up a chapter of planned parenthood (or a school counsellor) to get the information she needs.

yes, what you tell her depends on her age.
it has to be age appropriate.
you could tell her parents that they need to talk to her about sex.
because they do.
she might be just checking facts.
i think you should tell her the truth, but at her level.
because the parents won't always do it.

encourage her to speak to her parents about it. If you are close to her parents, suggest to one of them that they might want to have a talk about the birds and bees with her.

tell her parents to give her the "sex talk." if she feels more comfortable talking to you about it, you can be there also when her parents (her mom preferably) is giving her the talk.
