Is it possible to download the Windows Vista BETA onto my MacBook and use it with the Boot Camp BETA???

I don't think so. They are probably not going to support BootCamp for Windows Vista until sometime after it is out of Beta, which may be 6 to 12 months out depending on which Version of Vista you get. See here for more info http://www.apple.com/macosx/bootcamp/
