On Monday I'm going to get my first perm and I would like some tips on how to manage it. I've had straight hair all my life and I'm sick of it, I just don't know anything about the upkeep and what not to do. Tips appreciated.

When I take a vitamin, my body temperature increases....normal, or dangerous side affect?

When I take a whole food/multivitamin concentrate vitamin, my body temp. literally increases. I haven't actually checked the precise temp, it's just that there are days when my boyfriend says "jeez, your temp. is high today...getting sick?". And I finally figured out that it's only the days that I take it...What do you guys think? Dangerous side affect? No big deal?

Old Sci-Fi Movie?

There was a movie about 10-15 years ago out.. I believe it starred Lawrence Fishburne and Sam Neill .. it was set in space and they were supposed to go onto a ship that was haunted.. I think the movie's name was the name of the ship, unsure though. The movie scared the living crap out of me when I saw it ... Just curious as to what the name is cuz I've completely forgotten ...
