ALL of them? There could be any number of reasons. If they're in pots, generally you have to water them every day. If they're in flower beds - are the plants dying or just the flowers? Annuals tend to bloom all summer and then give out. Perennials tend to bloom for two weeks only, then the blooms are gone. Some plants don't like full sun, like Azaleas and Rhododendrons. Examine the plants for bugs. Something might be sucking the life out of them literally. I would first check to make sure the plants have enough moisture (and not too much, they shouldn't be soggy), then check for bugs.
We really need more specifics to answer your question.

Brushhog offers some good advice. I would just like to add on to NEVER fertilize your plants while they are under stress, which clearly yours are.

Fertilizing brings nutrients to the plant that ask it to grow. You do not want a dying plant to focus its resources on growing. You want it to use its energy to heal/repair/recover.

I would agree that we need to know what kind of plants you are talking about-annuals, perennials, woody landscape plants, houseplants, summer bulbs; hanging baskets, containers or landscape beds. Also where in the country you live and what you have been doing so far to help them. Also, could weed killer spray or granular have drifted to your beds by mistake (or on purpose by an angry neighbor!)?
