"I can't imagine having to confine an entire narrative essay to one sentence; but I suppose it is possible; if you are long winded enough to create a whole paragraph from one sentence; although I must admit I find it very challenging; and I am not even certain, I understand the question correctly, as it does not make sense to me...but I have never backed away from a challenge, or the tough issues, and I am not about to start now...but I must point out to you that it isn't nearly as concise and might need more clarification; but on the other hand, I guess anything is possible within my simple narrative and I often say, 'Well, if this is what they want; I'll be glad to help in any way I can for an educational cause or purpose'...and there are many long-winded authors in American Literature that can back up my point...and if this isn't what you were looking for; at least I had fun doing it; and you can explain to me the correct meaning of the question at your earliest opportunity."

Another thought occurred to me: If the single sentence were an irrefutable or absolute truth that summed up everything you need to say about the topic, it might be possible to produce such a sentence.
