Since roughly half the human population is female, it is fare to say, about half of all abortions are killing girls. Thus, doesn't this actually contradict "women's rights" ? Isn't "abortion rights for women" an oxymoron?

What is worse, men oppressing women, or women, (who claim to stand for women's rights) oppressing young girls?

ok, so about 3 or 4 years ago, I told this guy i liked him, and he laughed at me. 1 year later , he confesses his undying love for me and i said I still liked him. I agree that getting the Republican's out of power is a MUST, but what about the fact that we know the Democrats have supported Bush in his war on "terror" and have already stated that they will not seek to impeach him? Does this bother you?

If it does, the only non-violent choice we have is to vote third party, which is exactly what I plan on doing, regardless, as I see NO difference in the Democrats or the Republicans.

I am 16 years old, female.

My period is very regular and it always comes on the 1st of the month. This month it came on the 26th. I also noticed that the flow was lighter than my usual period.

This month I've been eating a little less and I haven't been exercising as much as I used to. Sometimes I sleep more/less than I usually do. Could this also affect how heavy/light my period is?
