Young smoking girls like 20 something and a little airheaded but nice. Young ego showy young man , has great potential but seemingly full of himself ...and a boss which is quick tempered and needs answers instantly and does not read emails !! Help !

So what do your extra details have to do, with being put in a postion to lead, which is something you're not good at doing?
What's your real quetsion? Why don't you let the guy be, the boss? YOur first duty as a leader, is to get the girls to stop smoking, permanently and to make sure they don't make any naieve mistakes.

ok, first, take a big deep breath... calm down. don't forget to breathe! you have to remember this is work, not friendship, so you may have to take an authority position and just say, ok team, no smoke breaks, no showboaters, we're in this together. you need to do this, you need to do this, you need to do this, and i will do this. our deadline is in (two) hours. i will update the boss in 45 minutes on our progress. we can go out for our lunchbreak together after we turn in the completed project. just keep focused, and remember, it's work. not personal. don't forget to breathe. stay calm. delegate authority. if you have to be stern with them, do it. sometimes it's the only way to get things done. try to do it with a smile on your face, but if you can't, don't worry about it. it's just work. you have a homelife for friends. don't worry about it! you're going to do great!

hm....leading a team...is not the only one thing that ppl can do ....be a team is sometimes even harder.....if u never try u never know....
