I have to run/walk 13.1 miles and maintain a 16 minute mile. Not hard at all, but I want to do MUCH better than this. Should I try and run 13.1 miles every week, or work up to it, how many days a week should I walk or jog?

And why do we allow other books with conflicting ideas and concepts? Shouldnt we rely just on one book?

Help! This is a dog training question!!! How do I gget my dog to fetch???

My dog, mayDay, will NOT get a ball or toy or anything. She is a Female Coker Spaniel/Poodle mix. I threw her a ball made for jumping jacks, a little squishy ball, a football (though she is small) a little toy dog, a little rabbit, and she has only gone after a ball on or two balls AT A WALK. She will not get anything I through, except for treats. I have EVEN tried putting the squishy ball in her dog food so she would smell it. but she payed NO attention whatsoever. I'm desperate! How can I get her to fetch??

What abstract scientific discovery would lead to the greatest immediate benefit to humanity, and why?

Anyone out there know of Debra Pottle? She's an artist and I really need to locate her!?

Debra did some work for me and my publisher, and for some time now we have not been able to find her. It is important to contact her as she is due some money and I would love for her to finish the work and pay her for it, outright. I don't know what has happened to her. I don't know if she is still alive or what, but

Where is a good place to get unfiltered, international, unbiased news, media, and information?

I am sick of Fox News MSNBC and CNN. But more so Fox News they have absolutely no scruples in delivering conservative biased news. CNN and MSNBC aren't that much better but there is at least a pretense of unbiaseness. What I would really like to do is join or start a group that boycotts Fox News, but I don't really know how i could do that.
