Listen, if you're going to mix it with cranberry juice, use any vodka. If you use a premium vodka like Grey Goose or Ketel you won't even know it's there because the cranberry flavor will overpower the vodka. Buy whatever is on sale.
Now, if you're talking about a vodka martini, that's different. That's when you want a premium brand.

Really depends on your taste profile and how much you want to spend.
Vodka is vodka...there really isn't all that much difference from the top shelf ones to the bottom. There is a difference but really its just in the smoothness of them.
Smirnoff has a cranberry one that is good mixed with cran juice.
Chopin from poland is one of the better ones that people don't know about. Made from potatoes, not high priced and very good, smooth and is great mixed or straight.

look for something called BORU crazzberry. I don't know where it comes from, but I can find it in Boston. It is vodka flavored with cran and raspberry and goes perfectly with cranberry juice
