Like the second answerer said 47th St between 5th and 6th aves. Try the jewlery malls you will find a lot of options. If you go to Jacob, be prepared to spend an arm and a leg, he doesn't even work with gold unless it is special request. He does platinum and diamonds only. There is one guy at 15 W47th St, well the storefront next to it. He does so many custom things.

Jewish jeweler traders at Diamond District will do it for you, but for a good price? You better bet is to look around in Harlem. You can get any kind of blink blinks. Be careful though, you can get scam anywhere if you do not know enough.
