Cold Stone's better. 31 flavors has the bad habit of changing their recipes & trying to pass off the improved flavors as old ones. They'll deny it too. Cold Stone's more consistent with their flavors & changes they make.

31 Flavors (Baskin Robbins) is better than Cold Stone. But for my money, High's is best of all (if you can still find one...their aren't many of them left, at least in my area)

I'm not sure if there's one anywhere else, but in Round Rock, TX there is a Maggie Moo's that has the best ice cream I've ever had. It looks like a chain, but I've never seen one anywhere else.

But if I had to choose: Cold Stone.
