If i cut out pop completely, only drank water/milk, ate whole grain wheat bread, and honey bunches of oats/special K cereal, and lifted weights 4 times a week, ate fruits and a few veggies every now and then. swam 3 times a week. How long would this take to take off my belly fat or about 20-25 pounds. THIS IS A PERMANENT LIFESTYLE CHANGE.

I’m not usually shy wen it comes to certain thingy mah commutation skills are excellent I must say but wen it comes to performing I freeze. U see, I have been planning this party for da longest n I have to do a special dance (reggaeton) in front of all mah guests n every time I practice I freeze n I just stand there while mah backup dancers dance…n they all family…well most of them but still we all are mad close. i think i may be pegnant, but only like a week, week and a half, i have taken three tests, all of them showing a negative result. i also missed my period. it is now three days late. is it even possible to know if i am taking a home test if its that early. i know they say when u miss a period...but how soon is too soon??and is it true that u have to be at least 3 or 4 weeks for them to be acurate?

SO there is this guy that I use to talk to but later on worked things out but wasn't sure of we were talking again...all i know is that lately, he has been showing (or maybe its all in my head) that he wanted to talk to me but never said it....ok let me get to the point...he brought a girl to my job yesturday, thinkin' I wasn't working...next minute, lets just say he got caught so he tried to play it off by saying hi to me and walking off with the girl! person responsible for paying the mortgage is not paying on time, he dosnt want to put the mortgage on his name nor he wants to sell the house. ,what are my options, should I tell mortgage bank that they should call him and take off my name from mortgage, what are my legalities and rights since deed his on his name and he doesnt return my calls. he is a mortgage officer and he knows everyone in real estate proffession from attorney to agent, I am getting very scarred as I m getting calls every month from mortgage company that my mortgage is due, as he is already one month behind.
Month of april alreday shows on my credit report as a late payment. please someone help me with a professional advice. thank you.

i tried to rephrase the question, i hope you can now help me.

you see, a friend of mine one day had a very sad face on. so i asked her what's wrong, and she said that she overheard her mom on the phone with a guy. moreover, she found out that the guy is actually working in the market place, selling eggs!

the worst thing is, she can't have her mom know that she know her mom has a boyfriend, but she want to end that silly relationship.

i can't bear looking at her hopeless look everyday, so could anyone please help?
