Click in the mail section and now on your keyboard press buttons "CTRL" and "A" together. That will highlight all of the matter of that email. Now press buttons to cut ("CTRL" + "X") or copy ("CTRL" + "C"). After this is done now go to the place where you want to paste the matter click there once and press buttons ("CTRL" + "V") Thats it. Hope this answers your question.

If none of the other answers dont work, try copy and paste into word then transfer word doc into what you want (its what I do, I can edit and check I have correct message) You probably have to highlight and right click first
