No, I don't think they had a baby.
I think Tomkate held an alien in her stomach for 9 months and gave birth to it in the mother ship. Now it flew away to the planet Zeptune, where it rules the Hubbardits ( a rare alien race of science fiction loving ponies).

I don't think it was a hoax. I think the poor baby is a prisoner of Tom's CRAZY mind Just like Katie. And who ever stands in his way will be crushed

I think it was all a hoax! Ha the only reason Katie looked pregnant was cause she had a basketball belly, but like the tv and magizines reported she didn't look swollen or tired. It was probably just a publicity stunt...
