Did I damage the gum?
I had my lower wisdom tooth out 1 month ago and I have had sensitvity to the adjacdent molar ever since. Anyway, with this senstitivty I have been unable to brush good back there. Finally, I used a metal scaler (you know dental hygenists use to clean teeth with?) and I scraped the gum around the tooth. When I did then, I immediately started bleeding, and all this food came out of my tooth. Now, my gum is incredibly swollen and it almost looks like an abcess bulging out of my gum. It has been 2 days since this happened and it is still like this. I do have pain so I have been taking tlyenol.
I can't get into the dentist until Monday. What the heck happened? Is my tooth dying? Is it an infection?

I use a mouthwash to help remove the bits of food that I sometimes miss by brushing. Also so that my breath does not offend!

im 22 and starting grad school soon...i used to play field hockey a bit in high school but i didnt like the girls on my team so i quit. since then, i havent played sports at all!

my school offers club sports for people of all levels...does that mean i can join having no experience!? id really love to learn how to play soccer and rugby but im a bit embarrassed that i just totally suck since ive never touched a soccer or rugby ball before.

any advice?

I am the proud parent to a 9 month old baby girl and I want atleast 1 or two more children. My husband thinks that if we have only 1 child we can give her more in the long run. I think that it is not right to have an "only" child because I came from a family of 3 and I don't know what I would do without my sisters. Any suggestions of getting him to want more children?

My boyfriend and i have been together for 6 months... we moved away from our hometown about 5 months ago...which is a small town.... and ever since then his ex girlfriend has been starting all kinds of rumors about him and me! Rumors like he does drugs, beat her, and cheated on her! Which are all not true... seeing as how we have been best friends for 3 years.... and i know what went on... she actually cheated on him!
