im 22 and starting grad school soon...i used to play field hockey a bit in high school but i didnt like the girls on my team so i quit. since then, i havent played sports at all!

my school offers club sports for people of all levels...does that mean i can join having no experience!? id really love to learn how to play soccer and rugby but im a bit embarrassed that i just totally suck since ive never touched a soccer or rugby ball before.

any advice?

Just decide on a sport and start practicing, even if its just by yourself. Then when you think you're ready, join a sports club.

Speed is the key in soccer !

In everything about it, shooting ,shaking a player , passinging, moving ., etc

Of course sometimes you have to pace yourself !

But if you just do that your Got it Made !
