Yes. My twice daily routine:

1. Floss. I use Crest's Glide floss. My dentist keeps telling me I really need to "saw" down below the gum line.

2. Brush. I use one of those Soniccare electric toothbrushes.

3. Mouthwash. I use that blue Crest mouthwash stuff - no alcohol, fresh breath.

Yes, I use mouthwash as a mouthwash and I also use it as a cleanser for my teeth. It works a whole lot better that toothpaste.
I usually put some in a paper cup and dip my brush into it as I brush.

Floss to get nutrition from between tooth. Brush to sparkling tooth and brush away the nutrition from flossing. Mouthwash to rinse each and every thing out and sparkling tooth more effective. I rinse with water after each and every step. The bottles of mouthwash often recommend that you do not rinse with water after utilising it, yet I do because I honestly ought to positioned my retainer in.

Mouthwash is a good idea, not only does it make you breath smell nice, it also kills germs and bacteria that live in your mouth, and kills the early signs of gingivites.... Hope this helps
