Okay,

I have just started working out regularly and trying to diet so I am wondering...

I get up at 5 am and either swim or jog for 30 mins, then I do Pilates or Yoga for another 30 mins.

Over my lunch break, I jog for 30 mins and if I have time, I life some weights too.

After work I usually jog for 30 more mins and lift weights.

I used to swim and play soccer before I came to college (like my whole life) and I was always in shape, but not thin, muscular. I get muscular really quickly--I would rather be curvy than cave-woman. I'm short, but I have a pretty athletic build in general. How can I avoid getting too built? I'll never be thin because of my frame and I'm pretty hourglass as it is. I just want to get toned like I used to be, but I dont have a coach yelling at me anymore. lol.

Also, I'm never sore after cardio (except swimming). Am I not pushing it enough? As strange as it sounds after no activity, I can jog 3 miles with very quick recovery time.

Ohms Law states that
1 ohm = 1V/1A
(V= volt, A=ampere)
But in superconductivity, resistance is zero. But then, how can V be zero, if current is passed through a superconductor? Whatever other numbers V and A are made, the division cannot be equal to zero. Then, are superconductors an exception to ohm's law?

I've been playing around with infusing vodkas...nothing too complicated, but they've been turning out really well. Having been to Aquavit NYC, I've sampled thier aquavits and I was impressed. The question is...are they simply flavored vodka or is there a different base alcohol? Is it a specific type of vodka...say, potato vodka? Is infused vodka only considered aquavit if certain ingredients are used to infuse the alcohol? Does anyone out there have any good recipes?

Why is it the last.... 6 years the oscars have been given to some of the WORST movies ever.

SOmeone asked about kevin Spacey dying in American Beauty. I hope the makers of that movie die because they made such a horrible film. That year Green Mile deserrved every oscar AB got.

And thats just the begggining. I have seen oscars given lately to some of the most uselss films known to man. What happend to good films getingg them?

Inspection issues: poor ventillation throughout house and attic, roof near end of life, no drainage outside of house, possible moisture issue with window, need heating and AC replaced and possible foundation problem. Owner has overpriced the house but does want to sell it (to get rid of it no doubt).

I am meeting a guy today that seems very nice and stuff and we are meeting today. I know you should't judge a person by what they wear and we do live in a hot climate but the fact that he said he is wearing shorts kinda bothers me. We are only meeting for a casual date and it is ok to wear shorts there but I just feel a person should dress a little better for a date. I always try to put an effort in and wish I could meet a guy who would do the same. Why can't a guy put on a pair of pants and a halfway decent shirt and not baseball hat? I think shorts are for the beach and outside and not in very good taste when meeting someone for the first time. People say it is important to be comfortable and I agree to some extent but there has to be a line between comfort and being dressed decent.
