I'm getting married in Cuba next year, and I need to have a birth certificate. I've never had one, and I'm not sure how to go about getting one. Just to complicate matters, I was adopted when I was 5 and so my name now doesn't match my birth name. I know what my birth name was but not my father's.

I've done a search on the net but can't find a decent link for a goverment agency I can sort this out through. FYI I was born in Bristol, in case this differs/is dealt with regionally.

I'd be really grateful if someone could point me in the right direction.

I found a folder with child pornography on my cousin's computer; he's 13, and the pictures look like they're his age, but it's still child porn. It's his personal computer and he has a password that he only lets me and his friends know, so it has to be his. I have been taking care of my nephew for 4 years now and I have power of attorney over him but I do not have any legal custody of him will the states help me with him financially? His birth mother abandoned him and he is like a son to me where would I go to try and get financial help from the state?

I use to be an addict, I now want the stuff alll the time, are there any home treatments I can do to help myself before it's too late! I have done the stuff a few times within the last week! I dont want it to get worse or is it already too late?
