Yes, he does when he is Clark Kent. He sweats like a ***** because maybe a Kryptonite is near him. As evidenced when he sweated like a pig when he was in the Kryptonite land in Superman Returns.

does superman ever shower - he's a fictional character and obviously the scriptwriters wanted him to remain as fictional as possible and i'm afraid showering and using the bathroom are not deemed 'super' enough for fictional characters only us mere mortals who are daft enough to watch the films and even dafter to write in response to questions about the said film lololol
