I've recently bought a brand new flat and working down in the sales office on site is a gorgeous guy - he really is tall, dark and handsome! We've had a few conversations but so far only about problems in the flat. I've found out he is single but I just can't pluck up the courage to ask him out - I just think if a guy is interested he will do the asking...friends say maybe he thinks it wouldn't come across as professional if he asked me out. What should I do??!!!

Who else, besides me, is ready to pack up and head for the hills? I'm thinking somewhere in Canada where you can live on a mountaintop and see true beauty every day.

Sure, it might be a bit hard to live that way, but look at how we live now. I'm thinking... Build a nice cabin near a good size running stream. Build a small hydro electric generator so that I can have a few creature comforts. Grow, hunt, and fish most of my food. No neighbors for hundreds of miles, sounds like bliss.

Of course it would be better to have a few like-minded people to go as well (could get a bit lonely by yourself). Everyone would get good first aid, EMT, Medic training. Learn about the outdoors and how to make a go of it.

I believe that I already have the knowledge and training I would need, what about you?

I guess it would almost be like the "hippie communs" of yesteryear LOL.

Why does Hollywood feel it has to cash on this Tragedy.It was a nightmare when it happenned and I remember how sick I felt after this happenned(and still do when I think of )Maybe some may feel its a tribute to all the people it affected.But Honestly I think it too soon for this movie,the wounds are still fresh.Hollywood shouldnt be able to cash in on (for a fair amount of time at least)on other peoples pain.I know I couldnt get myself to watch this movie,but I do hope Hollywood will donate all the profits this movie may make to help with survivers families.I hope I dont sound preachy ,but I just dont want to relive this over and over (which I do whenever an ad is run for this Movie.To do a documentary on TV is one thing ,but to cash in on a movie is appalling.

Many family members birthdays will be in August...my husband and his sister share the same day and mine and my nephews are that same week. I wish that when you are not that old, you hearing will be so bad that you will be not able to hear your own pissing. Your physical as well psychological health will be also very bad because you will not able to hear what is going on around you, and you will be frustrated at the world (poor you).
Anyway, when you WILL HAVE to wear hearing aids in both of your ears, we will see how you will feel then. Then I will have my laugh at my medical office.
Than I will be wishing that someone will drive next your house even on louder moto-bike and you will be pissed off and frustrated. AND I will be wishing that you have small children as well.
Damn, you will probably hear nothing and be stupid at same time.
