If you have Acrobat Pro you should be able to edit the pdf and copy the pictures out that way. If you don't you could download the trial version from Adobe.

Unfortunatly unless you have money or the time to download what someone else said here the easiest way is to use a graphics program any that is and use your print screen button. Make sure the picture you want is visible in your screen press your PRINT SCREEN button on your keyboard, then open any graphics program like PAINT then in file go to new and then go to the options where it has paste and the print screen picture will now be on your graphics program. Save it and go to the next picture you need and do the same. I am not sure if paint has the option to make it JPEG but if it does just save it in that format. I hope I could help......

Go to File on menu bar...click on "save as" and where it says "save as type", choose jpg. It should save the images in the same folder as your source file. You have to have Adobe Acrobat Pro to do this though.

You need to have Adobe Acrobat. Not Adobe Reader, the free one. Check this link: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobatstd/
