What are ( tube ) pregnancy symptoms? and will a pregnancy test come out positive?

like an ectopic pregnancy? Your tests will show up positive and you should have the same symptoms as a normal pregnancy. I don't think it would cause you much discomfort until maybe your third month because the baby will be growing and stretching in the fallopian tube or wherever. You'll get INTENSE abdominal pain, constantly, back pain, dizziness, vomiting, and if you start bleeding, you need to get to the doctor immediately. If you're really worried that you might be having a tubal pregnancy, you could tell your doctor and they could probably find out right away for you.

if you have a tubal pregnancy, your symptoms and tests won't be any different. An ultrasound will find it, and often that is the only way.
