I don't know about the other two, but ridges on toenails and fingernails is a sign of iron deficiency. Make sure you intake 100% of that mineral a day.

you may have either a need for vitamin E (easily splitting and ridges could be caused by a deficiency) or some sort of fungus (this may cause peeling..), check w/your pharmacist or doctor for the best treatment

The brittleness and spitting may be the result of nutritional deficiency. If your overall health is good you good try a multivitamin and mineral supplement. If you have any health concerns then ask your doctor for a check up. With regard to the dry cracked heels, moisturize daily and exfoliate with a pumice stone regularly. Hope this helps.

Go to Walmart and buy a product called Hair, Skin & Nails. It should only be around $5.00. You can find it with the vitamins. It works great.

sounds like a fungus...i know sounds really gross..go to your doctor..he should tell u exactly what it is..and if it is a fungus me or she can prescribe a topical medicine or even pills
