The college democrats are very opinionated on my campus, but barely do anything. For instance, if there is an opportunity to do a fundraiser, the democrats will complain and criticisize the republicans for how they are doing theirs, but won't do one for themselves at all.

And this isn't only my college, but at my sisters as well.

I'm unaffiliated because I don't know too much about it. But I've noticed this trend and others that I know have too. They have plenty of ideas, so why won't they act on them?

My low voltage garden lighting transformer is rated for 150 Watts. What will happen if I put 160 Watts on the line? Will it blow the transformer? Breaker? Lights?

during the break-up of his first marriage. I was married, now I am going through a divorce. My new partner and I are in love with each other and plan to move in together as soon as is possible. However , he has said to me that he is not sure he would marry again after what he has been through.I feel he is saying it in order to see my reaction. Despite my failed marriage , I am head over heels in love with him and if he asked me to marry him i would say yes....but I can't really tell him that in the circumstances. That would be putting pressure on him, wouldn't it? I would still want to be with him even if we didn't get married.

Someone just proposed this to me, " If there were no God, there would be no atheists". But why are there still atheists that deny it?

Shark fin in Japan, Rhino horn in Africa, religion in the middle east (and the rest of the world for that matter)...all scientific evidence points in the opposite direction than what these things promise.

I shave very regularly, but still have in-grown hairs, usually in the outside calf area. I have tried exfoliating, scrubs, tweezing, etc... Nothing is working, and it is running me crazy and doesn't leave my legs looking smooth like I want. Any ideas??????

I have blonde hair, and brown eyes, nothing really distinct about my looks besides my gap in my teeth. I am bored with my hair!! i love long hair and am afraid to cut it short. my hair is naturally straight and fine. I love to curl my hair but it is time consuming. I need a new hairdo. if so, do you konw the language? are you the only American? Do they treat you differently? If you don't speak the language, do you feel like they are talking about you sometimes?

i work for a Korean company, and i don't speak the language, i often feel like they are making fun of me when i am standing right there in the conversation, then they start speaking Korean and laughing. i am treated different, and I'm sure paid less than i would be if I were Korean. I often come up with ideas and/or solutions but don't get listened to or credited.

I am the ONLY American in the company.
