Tag HOY er. I know this because I own two of them and have had them cleaned and serviced. Any reputable jeweler pronounces it that way.

Almost like the first, though I pronounce it more like "tog hoyer", with the "o" sounding more like it does in the word "dog"

i am pretty sure it is the first pronounciation u gave. dont u hate pronouncing a fancy fashion label wrong? it just makes me feel so uncool :)
