Slang is fine in the right circumstances, but if you want to make a decent living or even be respected by anybody other than your "peeps" you must make sure you can actually read, write and communicate properly.

If you are a teenager...its OK....but as you get older...it will sound rather un-cool....and it will date you quicker than wearing last years stone washed denim.....

no it's not cool. it's annoying and makes you seem uneducated. use it with your friends and family if they like it but it's inappropriate in most situations when communicating with people you don't know.
