I have shingles of the face--I've posted a couple of times--thanks for the help on those. Can I take a sleeping pill--Ambien----and the meds for shingles? I take Valtrex, Neurontin and a salve in my eye. Also for hbp, diovan, toprol, and hctz. I've developed such burning pain in my neck, shoulder and arm, and a real problem with my eye, feeling like it has something in it which is driving me crazy!
I saw the opth/ and corneal specialist today. Have drops and was told it's only slightly inflamed and only on the outside white area, not on the front and that's good so far.
Tell me this will get better. They seem to think it will, but it takes time. I see the opth again next week. Didn't sleep much last night. Oh, they also prescribed a creme for the pain on my face, neck and arms and it's not available at several stores around,so won't get it until MOnday. So frustrated. thanks

unfortunately. I know everyone has said at some point "they didn't tell me about THIS!!" and why aren't there "instructions?" If you were to write an instruction booklet on children and their "issues" with your experience as a parent, what would you put in it (whether funny or serious) ... things we learn from our children that we didn't know -- or things we didn't "expect" or secrets our parents kept from us about children LOL. My mother always said "I hope you have a child JUST LIKE YOU" and she wasn't really laughing. Well, she sort of jinxed me I think. HA HA - just kidding - adore my kids (one adult - one almost adult). This could be a good/serious/funny guide to those "expecting" right now. Oh and I love to laugh so.....bring it on!!!

Im having a lil trouble losing weight. I know you should burn more then what you r taking in. But here is my prob. Iam on my feet all day. When I get home im just to wornout to work out. I also have two boys I chase after when I get home. The only time I have is when they go to bed, but that is when I want to spend time alone with the hubby. My appitite is monsterous. I eat all the time. I know I need to cut down on my intake, I love to eat veggies and fruit, but we r a lil tight on money and only can afford a few of the freash fruits and veggies. What else can I do? Ne one that has lost weight on a low income budget plz help me. I would love to lose 30 + pounds. Any help would be wonderful.
