I support what they are doing. It is very honorable to respect your citizens, especially soldiers so much that you would go to war if terrorists harm them. It is something that I doubt america would do in a similar situation, our polititions would probably debate and request apolagies and reperations, which they would never get.
Evil has to be immediatly resisted if you want it to have no power. Give into the evil because of fear, you give them power until they win. This situation reflects World War Two, hitler told the world what he was going to do and no one stopped him until there were many casualties. I hope Isreal solves this issue for a long time.

Americans support Israel. They've been fed a bunch of lies and they are dupes. So, just pretend you got some 250 million yesses. Are you happy? I say 250, because a few section of the American population is actually educated and fair. There are no neutral people because everybody, whether they're aware of it or not, sends money to Israel. A huge amount is given literally in grants - not debt - daily by America to Israel. It takes priority over American poverty. America has not been afforded a chance to see if Arabs can be reliable friends. Israel said they can't, and, as I said, Americans are dupes. In the meantime, if Arabs were inclined to like Americans, they started finding it very hard to do.

I think it's retarded to say "I support them because they're humans" or "I support everyone" because you can't... If you support Israel, you're against Palestein, and vice versa. The question is about their actions in the past few days in relation to Lebannon and Syria. I believe Israel has a right to defend themselves, however, they are going too far. I do appreciate the fact that they are going for as little human casualties as possible, warning the innocent citizens and campaigning for Lebanese freedom, but there are far more effective ways to do so. Don't be an asshole like Bush, Israel

Call me Switzerland, I 'm not taking sides.
Oh wait - Switzerland took sides... they say Israel is breaking international law and the Geneva conventions... What is going on!?
Honestly, I just hope everyone involved (Israel, Lebanon, Palestinians) would put down their weapons and love their neighbors. Personally, I am not supporting anyone who is wagging war on anyone.
Now, since this is not ideal world we live in, and world peace is not an option - I will just say that Israel has to realize using excessive force is not going to help it's cause. They're a sovereign state with every right to defense, but when someone steps on your foot - you shouldn't shoot them.

I do. They are the only sane country in the Middle East, and are a Democracy to boot. We need to support them at all costs. Also, as a wise intelligence analyst once said, "They are worth 100 CIAs in the terms of intelligence they provide us with."

I do. How many liberals support their brothers, Hizbollah. By the way, I remembered reading how they loved Moore's movie, F-911.
