PLEASE! I REALLY NEED YOUR HELP!
I, by mistake, made a picture into a .exe file and now i cant delete it...
I took a screen shot and pasted it on paint. I, without thinking, named my picture "name".exe because i took a picture of an error that had on top the "name".exe
the file was saved as a .exe, and now i am not able to erase it, rename it, etc. everytime i try to do one of those an error pops up saying that the application is being used by another program.
I tried restarting and trying to erase again, i tried to use some file shredders from geeksquad.com (or something like that, dont memebr), and i also tried to erase it in SAFE MODE!but it still said that it was being used by another program! now i have no idea what to do and i dont want to keep that file there nor i want to reformat my computer just because of that

i know its a really dumb mistake but i wasnt thinking at the time i did it!

*the file is just a picture, and when i click on it DOS pops up. can open w/paint

A couple of weeks ago i found a bulletin and a comment from my botfriend for another girl so i confronted him and he said his friend was on the computer so i just let it go but today i found out that the girl he left a comment for was a girl i knew so i asked her and she said he had been calling her and saying he loved her and she said they went out a long time ago and that she had a boyfriend since january so now im torn. can you help me please?

I have thick, coarse hair..and it's curly too. I dont shampoo it every day because i know that would strip the hair of its natural oils, so instead i condition it on most days. I also use a deep conditioner every week and I do use leave-in conditioner. My hair still doesnt feel very soft after it's dried though and i'm wondering why. I do use mousse to style my hair and i thought maybe it was drying out my hair, but i'm not sure. Can someone please tell me how I can keep my curly hair soft, so it doesnt have that somewhat rough feeling when i touch it?

People sometimes are starting to piss me off when I made mention I'm from the Philippines and they blurt out right away "do you eat dog?" It's annoying and in my part, it's humiliating because the question is much more of a confirmation with the disgusted look on the face of these people...

I don't know how to react with this because I know its true, some Filipinos do. How do I tell them that it's true without grossing them out? Is this a cultural thing or what?

I've heard that loyola college (from Studentsreview.com) is like preppy heaven and that no one can fit in who isnt preppy and white, i want more diverse opinions from students who go their because im not preppy im like a "Sean John Button Up or Polo and Timberland go watch a Great Film in a thriving city" type of guy. I flew in USA and was carrying my business samples in checked Bag but the bag was delivered to me completely empty. all my business samples were stolen from my bag. So my whole trip was a waste and hence I could not do any business and also lost my company's 3-4 months of sale. as those samples were prototypes to present to our clients and book orders. it involved 2-3 months of hard work and desiging.
i made complaint to United but they are just offering me their standard compensation as per the weight which is around US$ 400.00 however my total loss in terms of business loss is over US$ 1 million.
I do realize Airlines limited liability.But I thought my case was different. Its not a case of delay or lost of bag. its a case of "theft of contents of checked baggage". That means somebody broke open my bag and stole all the contents.
I did not think it mattered who did this job Airline stafff or Screeners. I had given my bag to the Airline and its their responsibility to take care.
