Unfortunately no. And this isn't even what happened in the Superman movie... Superman wasn't actually moving the earth, instead he was supposed to be moving at the speed of light around the earth, and the movement of earth backwards was a REPRESENTATION of Time reversing... as in the cinematic way of showing us all what was happening.
And for that matter, what Superman did would also not result in time travel back into the past. Accelerating in ANY direction, regardless of the rotation of the earth, actually does just the OPPOSITE when you approach the speed of light. It will rocket you into the future relative to everyone moving slower than you (again relative).

no, it would have no affect on time.
it is theoritically impossible to go into the past. to go into the past you need to be travelling faster than the speed of light, in which it is impossible to go at the speed of light as it is [it takes an infinite amount of energy for anything to travel the speed of light].

Time and space are relative. as you travel through space you travel through time. It makes no difference which direction you go. now the faster you travel through space will make a difference in time but it still won't allow you to go back in time.

No, all that would happen is that the sun would rise in the West and set in the East.
