I've been told this quite a bit and I always feel like men mean "there must be something terribly wrong with you or you wouldn't still be single" when they say that. A male friend of mine disagrees and says that men say that when they find someone really attractive -- so I should take it as a complement. Am I being paranoid and is my friend right?

I am only 2 days from when I am supposed to start my period, yet I am getting very dark, nearly positive test lines when I take an ovulation test (don't ask why I am even taking it...). I took an early pregnancy test and it was negative, what else could cause it?

If Jesus instructs his followers to pray in private (see below), why to Christians preach so much?

Actually this is meant as an apology for any perceived offenses and an actual question as to how I offended anyone when I asked what their purpose or drive was concerning living their lives. I really wasn't trying to insult Atheists or Agnostics. I truly wanted to know if you had your own ideas about life and how to live it. I am sorry if if came out wrong but please do not get defensive and presume everyone is judging. I am sure not in a position to judge anyone else. I wouldn't even want to have to be on a jury.
