Its all about moderation.
If you can walk somewhere then walk instead of taking the car or bus.
If you can use the stairs instead of the escalator or the lift.
Drink water.
Watch your fat content , for example drink fat reduced milk instead of full fat milk.
Fruit as a snack instead of chocolate etc.
But don't forget to have a bit of chocolate etc every now and then otherwise you will crave it so much you will go crazy after a while and binge and there goes all your hard work
And ps... don't stand on the scales every day... you'll just get frustrated... Your jeans and clothes will tell you if you have put on or lost weight!

My best advice is to tell you to be healthy do not starve yourself or become balemic because if you get like that you could kill yourself. Now if your just a little bit on the bigger side don't worry about it and if your young you might get taller when you loose your baby fat. You have to make sure thou that you exercise daily and eat healthy try to pick a salad over a sundae.(if that's how you are) But you have to promise yourself if you want to loose weight, to do it the right way make sure you stick with it but please don't do it the wrong and unhealthy way! Plus some people look better with a little meat on their bones! And remember tho your even more beautiful on the inside and only the important people in your life will realise that!

First of all, don't eat snacks, avoid that kind of food if it can be called food. Then try to eat vegetables, a big salad eat protein like meat, chicken, fish, eggs, drink a lot of water.
If you eat little amounts of food like 4-5 times a day you'll loose weight. Organize yourself by saying what you're going to eat in breakfast, lunch and dinner. The most important meal of the day is the one you get by 12-4pm.
Try to do exercise as well with the right diet and exercise you'll loose weight.
If not you should go see a dietist who can help you better.

Dont go for fad diets. Just reduce your fat intake, and dont make your blood sugar really high by eating a lot at one time or by eating high glycemic carbs like white potatoes and white rice. High blood sugar tells your body to convert that sugar to fat.
Exercise in the morning -- your metabolism may stay higher the rest of the day.
Dont think weight training is just for guys. Weights have many benefits, including keeping your metabolism higher for a longer period of time after the work out than aeorbic exercise.
Get plenty of sleep. Believe it or not, studies show that sleep affects weight.

walk for 30 min. and eat less carbs. i used to be fat but i walked and ate less carbs and in 3 weeks i went down 1 pants size.
