The doctor told me to cut all fat out of my diet, but how can I do this whenever that's all my diet consists of? I love fast food and all sweets and I'm always adding salad dressing, butter and salt to my foods. How can I cut this stuff out of my life without everything tasting so bland?

can I sue aol for taking money from my checking account without my permission? They finally repaid the money they took from my checking account $378.00 without an appology or explanation. I have never even ordered aol as my internet provider. I don't know how they got my bank account number.
