Keep in mind that my credit is lousy and I don't even make enough money to cover all of my basic bills so there is no money free to invest.

Better idea -- go to the library and look at Entrepreneur magazine and find a small business that you personally are enthusiastic about. Then go to your local small business development center and talk to them about getting money to start it.

That is funny!!!! Do you believe in yourself enough to be successful? then why not invest your own money? Oh, I believe in mine a lot, and mine is probably one of the smallest amounts of money you will ever put up front. But, I believe in it so much, I think you should put the money up front.

Get your own house in order before you go looking to spend other peoples money.
