I want help coping with my insecure girlfriend?

you don't say much about her. From past experiences though i bet she thinks that you are always looking at other girls, that you are cheating on her.... you are right she is insecure, lots of young girls are--some have good reasons, others dont. There is not much you can do to resolve this issue though, she is either going to have to trust you or it will never work out between you. I'm speaking from experience. Not from me personally, from watching my children go through the same thing over and over and over again. Most likely this will not be your last girlfriend, nothing can ever come from a relationship without trust. You need to just sit down and tell her that and either she quits being so insecure or move on... you will in the long run anyway, insecure girlfriends end up being a real turn off

Coping with someone with insecurities can be difficult at times. The best thing to do is to always remind her of how beautiful she is. Tell her she smells good, or her *** looks great in those jeans, or damn you sure are the best i've ever had. If you constantly shower her with compliments, it'll make her feel better. You gotta really treat her like a lady so she'll feel more feminine. Also you have to respect her. Especially when it comes to looking at other woman. DON'T do that in front of her. I'm not exactly sure what she is insecure about, but whatever it is you gotta make her not be insecure about those things. Remember just make her feel like a sexy woman and she'll probably feel better.

What is she insecure about, her looks, her body? Women go thru things like this all the time. Why is she insecure? Have you or someone else made her feel that way about herself? Sometimes if a comment is made about a woman in any kind of negative way, it can make us feel that way. The best thing you can do for her is to tell her she is beautiful. Sit down and ask her why she feels this way and explain to her how you feel about her. My husband did that for me and it helped me a lot.

All I can say is that you're in for one heck of a ride because its going to be a whole lot of ups and downs. First off, be there for her, say positive things to her, encourage her to have positive thoughts and most of all talk to her about her problems. Talking can help a great deal because women like to be reassured that everything is going to be ok even if we don't believe it half of the time. Depending on how great is her insecurity thats how big a chore you have ahead of you, but provided that you want to help who knows what kind of results you can have. Just be there for her. She needs a constant and a positive one at that.

2) Let her know her insecurity is not attractive
