can I sue aol for taking money from my checking account without my permission? They finally repaid the money they took from my checking account $378.00 without an appology or explanation. I have never even ordered aol as my internet provider. I don't know how they got my bank account number.

May be hard now they gave the money back, but you may get an attorney to hassle them(and attorneys can hassle like nobody's business, it is their business) and find out how your info got into their hands. Usually a lawsuit is grounded on loss, you have no loss now.
