it takes me forever to fall asleep. i can't sleep unless 'i love lucy' is on in the backround. and that doesn't keep me awake because i hace fallen asleep to it pretty much every night for 2 years and i have every episode memorized so i don't even pay attention to it. so that doesn't keep me awake or distract me or anything. but i am always really tense and it's hard to relax and get comfy for bed.
and once i'm asleep, apparently i'll sometimes get out of bed and talk to my brother and my mom or talk to my dog or even pick up my dog and bring him out of my room. and i never remember it. everyone thinks i'm awake when i'm doing it, because my eyes are open and i'm not walking like a zombie or anything. except sometimes i don't really make sense when i talk. that's they're only clue that i'm not all there...
any ideas to help me fall asleep and STAY IN BED?

I have been sick in the bathroom (no throwing up-the other) everyday for about a week. Everytime I go to the bathroom I have diarrhea. I was told once that is my body cleaning itself out getting ready for the birth. Is that true? It also says that diarrhea is a pre-labor symtom in a book that I looked at. Is that true...medical professionals please..LPNS, RN, medical background.

I was employed by a major company in Georgia in their sales division (before today). I was on vacation for a week due to my family was having some problems. I came back, I gave a two weeks notice and said that i was moving back home which was in another state. I had taken the rest of the week off and on the day that I gave the notice, I went home to check my work email and noticed the password and user ID were not working. on Friday I had to attend a baby shower at the corporate office for a friend and everyone was saying "I thought you were going to another company" and I told them all no and that I had just put in my notice. I went to work today and could not get on the computer to log in or clock in, i went to talk to the asst. location manager and he said that individuals in the sales divisions are not allowed to work trought their 2 weel or what ever notice they had given and i did not see that in the policy hand book. Is this illegal? can i file a complaint with the DOL?

I know this sounds funny or stupid, but here it goes. You know those head set that people who are directing the airplanes or working in construction wear to block the loud noise. Does any one know what they are called? Because I am looking for something similar to buy. I live in apartment with young siblings and it is very noisy for me to study. I can’t pay attention. I can’t go to a quit room and the library is very far away. I think that is the only thing that can help me. So, PLEASE, does anyone know what they are called and which brand or what ever is the best on blocking the noise?

I would like some Guinea Pig owners to give me some reasons to own or not to own one. my daughter is four, but very mature and has had a hamster, but it died of old age(over 3 years old), so we looking to get her something else. I have read up on care, and they seem fairly easy to take care of, but I want some personale experiences.

I am well aware that I would be the main caregiver, which is actually good because i miss having a baby (I know that is a whole nother issue).........
