There are so many! My family rates highest among my favorites--I love them . My boyfriend ranks highest among my favorite persons as well.
As to favorite people, those I have not met--I like Kim Harrison, who writes THE HOLLOWS Series. I like Tamora Pierce, who writes the Protector of the Small series of books. I like Jeffrey Deaver, who writes the Lincoln Rhyme murder mystery series.
I like Angelina Jolie and Bono, for what they are doing for humankind. I admire their perseverance in encouraging things to change for the better.
I think children are among my favorite people, because of their unique selves, and how they see the world.
I think animals rate as 'persons' too--the cat and dogs we have had in our family remain among my favorite people.
