It's for scars ^.^ and i cant get a tan cause i turn red not dark

neutrogena has a visible even line ( not too expensive)
palmer's cocoa butter has a bleaching line,
look online,i heard that
boiling rice and lettting the steam from the water go into your face helps.
but I've never tried these.

Don't do it

there are long term effects

my wife is Filipino, I think her skin colour is great

stay natural, you might end up like jacko
