I am sure the judge will be as fair as possible. You are not really stating what you want to happen here, but I can tell you that you probably won't get the kids since you don't even have money for a lawyer, and you will probably have to sell everything you have, but that's ok.

You will probably get a good screwing for the screwing you got over the last 13 years.
What is she asking for, money-wise?
Child support and visitation are generally set rules, no matter if you have a lawyer or not, but it depends on what state your in...
I had a lawyer, the judge ordered him to pay me for half of the home we owned and sold, and he filed bankruptcy on it-so even with a lawyer, I got screwed(again), too, this time without a kiss!!!
Look on internet for your states' rules and regs, and keep records of everything-conversations, bills, payments, etc-they may come in handy down the LONG road your on!!! GOOD LUCK!!!!

Does she? I think the court will appoint you a lawyer. The judge should be fair. Is she trying to take the children? The property? if there is no fight, it shouldn't be a problem. If you are a good upstanding father, there shouldn't be a problem either. Have faith, you will be ok.

The judge will weigh the evidence and give an impartial ruling. You need to contact legal aid. You NEED a lawyer. Most lawyers will work with you on payment and legal aid may find you one that will work pro bono (for free).

You can still contest what she asks for even without an attorney. With kids and properties, it will be divided up. I would get on the internet and look up your rights and the divorce/custody laws for your state. There are programs state funded to help you get an attorney. You don't have an attorney but better know what your rights are!

Sorry dude, but justice is incredibly bad for men when it comes to divorce. Judges have no judgement at all. They simply read what their book says and they apply it. Unfortunately, the big book says "Men shall be obliterated when it comes to a divorce".

Depends on how evil her divorce lawyer is. ( no joke) You really need a attorney! Remember things left to themselves usually go from bad to worse.

Without a lawyer to argue your case for you, you will have to argue the case yourself. Go to legal aid.
